Q1: My showerhead keeps dropping down and the holder doesn't fit properly. What should I do? A1: You may have installed the hose on the wrong side of the showerhead. Please refer to the picture for correct installation.

Q2: Why does the LED shower head sometimes flash between two colors? A2: The LED lights change color based on the water temperature. Green for less than 85℉, blue for 85-105℉, and red for 105-120℉. If the red light flashes, the water temperature is over 120℉.
